Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Authorization is obtained

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product is defective.

Service Fees

Installation or service labor already performed is non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled within reasonable notice may be rescheduled. Deposits may be retained to offset scheduling costs.
